Alyson Teijeira graduated from California State University, Northridge with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Accountancy and International Business. She has been practicing tax and accounting for over fifteen years. Prior to establishing Silverline, LLP, Alyson was a Manager at a mid-size CPA firm in Santa Monica, California for seven years. Throughout her career, Alyson has focused on providing exceptional personal services that families and businesses require; services that are often unavailable through larger CPA firms.
Alyson is an active member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA), American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), and the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP). Additionally, she participates in diverse organizations and activities that allow her to remain on the pulse regarding issues of importance to businesses and individuals in Los Angeles and throughout California. In her free time, Alyson is President and Treasurer of Peopletree, a local non-profit organization.
Yvonne Zbranak, CPA

Yvonne Zbranak graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. For over twenty years, she has been practicing accounting in both Oregon and California and has been a reliable and professional resource regarding tax preparation, consultation, and full-service accounting for a wide range of clients.
Yvonne is a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) and serves as the Chairperson of the Central Oregon Chapter. When she’s not preparing tax returns you can find her enjoying all the outdoor activities that the Pacific Northwest has to offer with her two children.
